  1. What was your greatest celebration or success during your first few months on the job? What do you remember feeling especially good about?

  2. Tell us about your first faculty meeting. What were your key agenda items? What did you learn and how will it look different this year, especially in light of COVID19?

  3. How did you develop relationships with staff—both classified and certified? What do you wish you had done differently, if anything?

  4. How did you connect with parents and the community? How did you involve/engage parents from the start? What do you wish you had done differently?

  5. What caught you most off guard in your first month or two—what did you not expect?

  6. How did you manage your leadership-life fit? How has COVID19 impacted that?
