Come deepen your understanding of the power of the union-management partnership and explore processes and tools that build strong relationships for the purpose of working together in innovative ways to improve teaching quality and student performance. Expert Mary McDonald, senior director of regional and national work with The Consortium for Educational Change, will lead the learning for the day with help from local practitioners. She will be contextualizing our learning in Fullan and Quinn’s Coherence Framework.
